Phew! We have arrived at the end of another fantastic summer swim season!  Thank you swimmers and parents for all that you did to make this season fun.  Join us as we honor our swimmers' hard work, personal bests, funny moments and team spirit.  This event is for the entire team...Junior swimmers, please join the fun! Read below for details.

Details:

  • Date: Saturday, July 25, 6pm
  • Place: PV Sports Court
  • Willard's BBQ & sides and dessert
  • Price: 
    • 10 yrs & Older: $12.00
    •  under age 10: $6.00
  • Please send money by Wednesday (7/22) 
    • Venmo @jessica-jones-363 or 
    • cash or check to Jess Jones

What to do:

  • RSVP ASAP to help get an accurate headcount.  Add each member of your family.
  • Sign-up to help with set up, clean up and serving

What to Bring:

  • swimsuit and towel
  • lawn chairs or picnic blankets

What to Expect:

  • Awards ceremony celebrating awesome accomplishments and the highly anticipated paper plate awards
  • Sending off graduating seniors
  • Fun with friends at the awards ceremony and late night swim

Come CELEBRATE our Junior Swimmers & Thank their Coaches! 

We'll have quick awards for each swimmer and a thank you gift for each coach. If time, they'll do one last water game with their coaches followed by some fun treats and ice pops at the end! Bring the whole family! :-)

  • Additional donations are always welcome and greatly appreciated!
  • Please arrive between 9:45-10:15 am to set up, prep, and make signs

Join us for a team lunch following our Saturday A meet! Didn't swim? You're still invited! We'll gather in the dining area of Wegmans where you can bring your own food or pick something up in the store. We will meet once the swim meet is finished. Meets usually wrap up between 11-11:30, so the start time is an estimate.
