We strongly encourage all swim team members to purchase a team suit.  Wearing the same team suit creates a cohesive and uniform team, which aides in competition.  Please order your suit by May 15 to ensure delivery in time for the first swim meet.  You are welcome to visit Cassel's store, right off of Pleasant Valley Road, to try on the suit to ensure proper sizing.  To order your suit online, please click the following link.

RSVP Deadline: Sunday, July 16!  All families, please RSVP.  If you are planning to attend but not eat, please mark as attending and indicate "no meal" in the comments for each family member.  Food ordered will be based on RSVPs with little to no extra, so plan to bring your own meal if you indicate you will not eat.

The end of season awards banquet is for all team swimmers and families.  Juniors will have their own special end of season celebration, but are also invited and encouraged to attend this event.  This event is the final team hosted event of the summer season.  We will look back on the season and distribute awards earned.  It's a wonderful time to close out the swim season and we hope you will join us.

We will have a catered Italian dinner and plan to offer both gluten free and vegetarian options (include this selection in the comments portion of your RSVP.  If the caterer is unable to accommodate, we will make that announcement.)  Please reach out to the Social Committee if you have a different food restriction.  Caterer is still being finalized but families should expect a per person cost of around $15, with a little less for children.  Your RSVP is important to help us negotiate the best pricing.  Money will be collected once caterer, RSVPs and pricing is finalized.    

Teen movie to see Mission Impossible- Dead Reckoning on the IMAX screen at Regal Fox Theater in Brambleton.  As with other PG-13 movies, swimmers under age 13 will need a parent/guardian in attendance.  Consider buying tickets in advance to secure your seat.  Hope to see you there!

Swim team is getting together to take an adventure down the river.  We will be taking the flat water route which is for ages 5+.  The float lasts between 1 1/2 and 2 hours.  Location for flat-water tubing check-in: 150 Millville Rd, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425.  Pricing is $31/pp.  There are a couple of different discounts available depending on the number of people who attend.  Once we have RSVPs, we will determine the best coupon code for our group.  The Adventure Center has indicated there is not a need to buy in advance as they will have plenty of space.  Given the nature of this outing, we ask that all swim team members have a chaperone in attendance.
